I've put about 10 miles on it so far going over various terrains. These have amazing traction and you really don't feel any rocks under your feet. The speed lacing system is awesome and the gortex works. If you need to clean them it will be super easy due to the gortex you can almost just rinse them off. The most import part is the BOOST! Adidas Boost technology has put virtually every single cushioning system to shame. They are not like the Ultra Boost softness but that's logical due to this is a TRAIL shoe. I have no issue on the defend and my knees don't feel much impact at all. I do feel these shoes take a little bit to break in due to the EVA but afterwards they feel great! As for fit I just went with my true to size and it's perfect.
