However, to avoid injuries I run in several different types of shoes and I would say this shoes is currently the second favorite. Comments about Womens ASICS GEL-DS Trainer 22 Running Shoe: Have been wearing Asics for over 20 yrs. and the Trainer for most of them.. The 22 is great for me with a more glove- like fit. No trouble with toe box and I love that it is supportive while being super light- weight.
Comments about Womens ASICS GEL-DS Trainer 22 Running Shoe: I sent these shoes back because they were too snug in the toe box. I have purchased the Gel Ds trainers frequently and never had a problem. Too bad because I was hoping these would be my next new shoe. Comments about Womens ASICS GEL-DS Trainer 22 Running Shoe: I was delighted to se this new ds trainer as being really lightweight. When I put them on my toes started to ache. I walked around my house hopefully to stretch them out but they still felt the same. If I had moved up a 1/2 size larger they would have been too big. I returned them the very next day. I have worn the gel ds trainers for a number of years along with the Mizuno's Sayonara model. Maybe the new gel ds trainers were much lighter but they skimped on the toe area. Too bad! These could have been my new shoe.
