Very Comfortable shoes but' for runers with over pronation the arch is very painful even in short range runs.

These are great shoes for everyday run...until mile 200 or so. They lose cushion after that. Very nice arch support, and easy stride from heel to toe. these are older model, so I'm in transition to Adistar 5 now, which seem to also perform well (adistar 4 was very bad shoes). I'm 175lbs runner with low arch.

at first very comfortable but by 200 miles I could feel the support not being there anymore and I feel the impact of the running on my feet now

I have low arches, and these shoes really helped the foot pains I had been having before I bought these shoes. After what I'd think is about 150 miles, the cushioning is still great. My only concern is that they are noticeably heavier than other shoes I've worn.Overall, great shoes

They felt great for longer runs but they would have been nicer if they had a little less cushion at the heel and a little more in the forefoot.

Good supportive feel. Ground Control heel takes a bit of getting used to, for thoe accustomed to more traditional (neutral) shoes.
Cushioning is somewhat firm, but comfortable.
Great shoe overall.

I needed a shoe with a snug fit and
adequate heel support. These feel
great from mile 1 to mile 20.
Good job adidas, finally a shoe for
a heavy runner at 200lbs.

I give them a 2 because I didn't get shin splnts or blisters. That's about all I can say good. I am a loyal adidas wearer, 10 to 12 pair a year but this is the worst fit and feel in an adidas shoe ever. It feels good out of the box
but seems to grow (stretch) quickly. The laces snugged up with good space between eyelets originally and now they pull together. The cushioning is not there either. I feel like I can shake my foot from side to side and the shoe shifts around on my foot. adidas has much better shoes at lower prices in the Supernova collection and Ride Classic is awesome at about half the price.

Great cushioning and very nice stability. Worked really well up to 3 to 5 mile runs. For 8 mile runs, I got sore feet and other issues. I am a 6.2 and 230 pounds with normal arch. I am now looking for new shoes for longer runs.

Okay shoe, however the build seems cheap. The cushioning is very cushy, but it doesn't provide enough stability. It is definitely overpriced. See the New Balance 1222 or the Gel Kayano XII for more technology at a comparable price.

Great shoe, very responsive. Best fit of any running shoe I've worn. Cushioning feels like I'm running on clouds. The only negative I foresee is the traction, however I haven't really tested it yet since I've only run with these on dry land.
