I have found myself on a long journey to find the perfect shoe. I don't think that I have to look any longer. This shoe is the best running shoe I have ever worn. I have been running with them until the bottom has worn out, and I am currently on pair number two. I loved this shoe so much.

I love this shoe. I've had issues with my feet, ankles and knees but this shoe seems to minimize all of these ailments. I wouldn't think of buying another brand or style.

It's a bummer but I just can't buy another pair of these Supernova imposters. It used to be a great shoe, but is no more. Hopefully, Adidas will read all of these comments and start making the Supernova Cushion that we all knew and loved.

I agree with many of the other reviewers in that the newer version of this shoe is way too roomy in the toe box. I had a couple old pairs of the grey/blue version and bought the so-called white/lavender ones to change it up, and the difference was very noticeable. My foot totally slides around in the new shoes, which causes blisters and soreness.

I agree with many of the other reviews. These shoes are lacking. I have wore the Supernova's for the last 5 years, and each year they change something and make the shoe worse. When I can find an older pair on the internet, I buy them. But this latest version has side lined me for the last 5 weeks. Very dissappointed. Major lack of cushion. I bought two pair and four weeks out from the Chicago marathon, started wearing them. One for short runs, one for longer. Nothing but trouble since. Hobbled my way thru the marathon. Come on Addidas- go back to the basic shoe! I am loyal, but you are testing me!

I think Adidas forgot the cushion in the latest supernova cushion. I purchased 2 new pairs to rotate in and eventually replace my last pair. Once I was wearing them both regularly I noticed that my feet were hurting after every run. They feel like boards on my feet.

After running in trail shoes for several years, these feel amazingly light and cushy. However I use orthotics in place of the sock liner as there wasn't adequate arch support for my high arches. The shoes break down rather quickly-- but I like them enough to be running in my third pair anyway.

What's happening to Adidas and Supernova? With each new version the shoes are becoming cheap imitations of the originals ("even lighter than before" is another way of saying cheap design and construction quality"). After years running in Supernovas the last two versions have been disappointing, and now I'm going to have to switch.

Although I loved the look and fit of this shoe, I agree that there is very poor cushioning in the ball of the foot. I now have a fracture in small bone in the ball of the foot. Although I don't think it was caused by the shoe, but it certainly didn't help prevent it.

I have run in Addidas for a long time, I actually ordered this shoe replacing the same exact one. I am a little disappointed. I too was annoyed by the popping noise every so often and did not feel as much cushioning as the last pair. I figured they would be the same. I am 5'7, 118 lbs, high arches and run about 20-25 miles per week. I sent them back because I began getting knee pain and sore feet.

It's such a good looking shoe - but it just hurts the balls of my feet. The rest of the cushioning seems fine, so I am not sure what's going on - but noticed many others complain of the same problem. I finally replaced the insoles with a pair of Superfeet insoles and that helped. I would not buy these shoes again. Too bad - they are good looking.

Just bought these shoes. Ran in them ONCE and sent them right back! ABSOLUTELY no cushioning for the balls of your feet. My feet were sore after the 1st mile and my knee hasn't been the same since.

I went from Asics Gels to these and I'm glad I did. I found the extra room in the front to be perfect for my foot. The only bummer, the shoe pops every time you step. I actually took the first pair back due to what I thought was a factory error. Wrong. My new pair does it too.

(I'm a neutral runner with average to high arches, 5'6", 140 lbs) I've been running in these for about 3 months, including training for and completing a half-marathon. While I started out liking the snug and secure feel in the heel and mid-foot and the fact that they are so light weight, I've become more and more dissatisfied with them. As others have said, there isn't a lot of forefoot cushioning and the forefoot is not roomy/wide enough. Further, both shoes have started squeaking with every step I take. Kind of annoying. :-/

First running shoe I ever bought true to size and I'm happy I did. My heal and ankle fit snugly and my toes have a fair amount of comfortable wiggle room. I can wear either thick or thin socks and the shoe responds well to both. I changed the insoles for a little more support, not that I really felt that I needed to. I really like this shoe!

Lots of cushioning. I liked the old ones and these are even better. Flexible and cushioned great if you are around 130lbs.

Great, great shoe. Excellent cushioning especially in forefoot and lots of toe room. They do run large. I usually size up in my running shoes from a 9 to 9.5, but not for this shoe as it runs true to size. Also great color and look.

Dissapointed with new version of Supernova Cushion. I have run in the previous style for the last two years and loved the perfect fit and super cushion throughout. I am returning these because my toes are swimming in the wider toebox and I can "feel" the ground because of less cushion in the forefoot.

Very little cushioning under the balls of the foot. I weigh 106 pounds, and found the balls of my right foot very sore. I think one should order these shoes 1/2 size larger too. Well, they are on their way back.
