The heel is cut low, with a shallow cup, leading to the feeling like I am going to step right out of the shoe. I also think they run very narrow. Not comfortable to walk in, let alone run.

I'm a neutral/stability runner on roads and been running these ultras for 4-5 years now. right mix of stability, lightweight and traction for more rugged and long haul trail runs/races. Really love this shoe. Only trail shoe which does not blister my left heel. This shoe is more comfortable than the previous model - Supernova Trail 4. And it will grip anything - better traction than my mid-weight hiking boots. I am 6 feet, 180 pounds.

Once again my favorite shoe has been remodelled into mediocrity. Seems to happen right before the shoe will be discontinued. Cushioning, support, fit and durability go down the tubes in this shoe.
