Be prepared when they say control they mean it! My feet were locked in so much my Achilles and shins hurt as they adjusted to such different movements from my old Nike Zooms (complete opposites) The arch seemed a little high too in case you have flat feet.

purchased two pairs and had to return both. flaw design in heel. i wouldn't recommend.
