Be prepared when they say control they mean it! My feet were locked in so much my Achilles and shins hurt as they adjusted to such different movements from my old Nike Zooms (complete opposites) The arch seemed a little high too in case you have flat feet.

I am so excited! I have been running for years and have tried every shoe (usually an asics fan)and have found the one! I have achilles issues and this is a perfect blend of stability and cushion!!

Wow - I'm training for a 15k - in my other shoes I was having horrible arch pain and my feet felt stiff and heavy. I was having trouble even completing my 6min run/2min walk 3 milers. I put these shoes on and was able to run 3 miles without walking - something I've never been able to do before! GREAT cushioning and no arch pain after-

I love these shoes! I have been wearing Asics and Sauconys (which I still rotate with for my shorter runs) but the control 10 is the best thing I have found for my long runs. The cushion and fit are superb.

I just tried this shoe after running in New Balance 850 series for years. The support is great for my pronation and the cusioning felt really good on my long run.

I have been wearing Supernova Control for 5 years. The No.10 would probably be fine except I had surgery 3 years ago and the new bottom hits my foot wrong. Please go back to the No. 8 Supervova design.

Have been a loyal Kayano shoe fan for years, but the newest version was so uncomfortable that I hesitantly switched to the Supernova Control at the advice of RRS. I was pretty skeptical that any other shoe would work for me, and I did not want to switch while in the process of training for a marathon. Fortunately, I loved these shoes from the moment I put them on. Great cushion, roomy toe box, and comfortable fit on the heel. I am a BELIEVER! Even better is that they are way cheaper than the Kayano.

Although I initially liked the fit, the stitching gave me a horrible blister, causing me to overcompensate on my other foot. I eventually had to return them.

I have only been running for a few months and have suffered from terrible shin splints. These shoes have helped tremendously! I didn't like the lack of flexibility in the beginning, but have grown to appreciate it! These shoes saved my running career!
