      Salvation 2 was my salvation, and Salvation 3 continues some of the same attributes with cushioning, pronation control, improved heal cup and rear foot fit. But they widened the toe box and softened the medial post, both changes that contribute to make the shoe feel a bit sloppy.

      I run about 120 miles a month. This is my third pair of Salvations. Every time I switch to another shoe to see if I can go lighter or with less structure, I end up with something injured. I am a mid-foot strike runner so the big heel seems excessive to me. But, I haven't suffered an injury yet while wearing the salvations, and I just set a new 13.1 PR yesterday in them so despite being on the heavy side, they didn't slow me down. I highly recommend trying this shoe to see if it helps you stay healthy.

      I've been running in various iterations of the Salvation for years and this version is about their best. It could be slightly wider but overall, it performs so well for me I want to run longer. I'm a weekly 25 miler, weigh 195lbs. and run mostly on a treadmill.

        These are just as good as the 2's. For the longest time I couldn't wear Adidas until the Salvation series. I'll continue to wear these until they come out with a version that messes them up. Keep up the good design! I love the formotion as well.
