    Not the same fit as supernova glide 3

      Even walking, these shoes are incredibly annoying due to loud squeaking when insoles are in. I have worn insoles for years so I expect a bit of rubbing, but this is just plain loud and makes people turn heads to stare (NOT good). I initially tried these on the treadmill for a fast 4 mile run. A bit uncomfortable, but it went away through the run. The next run was a 10 miler outside and things went downhill from there. Besides the annoying squeak, it rubbed heavily on my inner ankle and seemed to push my heel over to the inside of my foot. The fit is not the same as the previous model- doesn't feel as cushiony and is really wide- so wide that when I pull the laces to where I need them, they pucker the front of the shoe. The tongue is also shorter so if you tie your shoes in the fashion to keep the heel tight, the tongue will not reach to cushion the laces. I am very disappointed as I have run many long races in the glide 3 and LOVED them. I am returning these and am now on a hunt for a replacement shoe :-(

              The shoes make my feet feel like I'm running in slippers. They're so comfortable! I love, love, love them. I hope Adidas never gets rid of them! I've had issues with plantar fasciitis & these shoes are like a dream come true. The only drawback for me is they make a squeaking noise after a few runs.

                  Comfortable shoes! I wear a 7.5 in regular shoes, an 8.5 in running. These were 7.5 and worked well for a 4 mile. I'd recommend them for cushion.

                    I run 3-5 miles 2-3 times weekly, plus cross train (gym, swim or bike)other days. These are great shoes for me. They're light, breathable, quick-drying, and work great with my stride. They double well as a gym shoe. I need a wide toe box and many other shoes just don't have it, but these do. I've got 2 pairs so I can alternate them and keep the life going in them.

                      Great shoe, just like all previous supernovas. Very comfortable and cushioning. Only problem is the rubber on the front ball of foot tends to this squeaking thing, like the rubber is rubbing against itself, with every step. Not uncomfortable, but a bit annoying. If you like adidas you will love these. Great color too!
