          This is my first pair of Glides and I love the comfort and the fit. I have a narrow foot and this shoe fits me very well. Seems to run a bit large as I am wearing a half size smaller than usual. Overall I am very impressed with the light weight and extreme comfort of this shoe.

          Well after 3 months I still get sore ankles and knees and now my calves and arches are hurting. I installed some nice inserts but they made no difference. The shoe has simply not enough cushion for me. The Glide 3 was perfect the 5 is a disaster.

            Finally! A shoe without seams! I don't know what's taken brands so long to embrace the seamless upper, but I'm glad adidas has done that with the Glide 5. The upper makes for a great fitting neutral shoe.

            I've been running in Supernova's for some ten years. I'm a neutral 5' 9" 165LBS Male. I've tried just about every other brand but have always returned to Supernova. These Glide 5's have a couple of improvements such a decreased weight and a nice snug fit around the heel where they had always been a little loose. However, the shoe is sorely lacking in cushioning. Right out of the box after 2-3 miles my right knee began to hurt and afterwards my ankles were very sore. I'll give them some more miles but I have a feeling I'll be looking for an older model.
