            Great everyday running shoe. Transition is really smooth. And I like the seamless upper for my forefoot. I have really sensitive toes so not having any seams is appreciated. :).

                Comments about Womens adidas supernova Glide 5 Running Shoe:

                The Supernova Glide has been my go-to shoe for marathons and half Irons for the past four years. I am SO disappointed with this year's redesign. One of the reasons the Glide fit me so well is because I have high arches and a narrow foot. It was the only shoe that didn't give me blisters and it seemed to prevent the IT band/knee/hip issues I've had with other shoes.

                Sadly, this year's glide is wider and the shoe is all bunched up around the laces. There's at least 0.5" on either side of my foot for my foot and toes to slop around. The worst part about this is that these don't come in narrow widths, so now I have to try to find another shoe. Bummed!
