          I felt the kickback from the new material used in this shoe, which is suppose to give you that energy boost. It was fine. I don't think it's anything to get too excited about, at least not until Adidas comes out with a revamped model that caters to this shoe's downfalls.

          It felt more of a minimalist's shoe, and with my orthotics, it's more uncomfortable to run in. It might be something I'll get used to, but I never had that initial problem with my previous Asics and Sauconys.

          It was also slightly narrow, the tongue was not wide enough to cover the loosened laces I needed to make it a comfortable fit. The material, however, was really nice.

          All in all, it's a decent shoe. Probably not for me. I'm a normal runner, non-pronater, average about 15-20 miles a week. I need something with more cushion for the front part of my feet, not just the back.

            These shoes are the best! I have never worn Adidas but was intrigued by this new model. Immediately after trying these shoes on I was confident in the shoe enough to put it to the test the next day for a half marathon! They felt super. The shoes provide cushioning but also support. I did feel like I had a bit of an extra "spring" to my stride. Also I did not have the slight pain that I had been feeling after long runs in my prior shoes. I am about to order another pair of Adidas Energy Boost to have as a backup.

            I am a hard heal striker when I run and I am feeling the concussion in these but my hips don't hurt after a run like they do in a more traditional sole. I'm still deciding whether cushioning or way of moving is more important. They don't have both.
