Comments about Mens adidas springblade Running Shoe: I'm 60 yrs old, have run since mid-20's and the knees are starting to feel it. I was hopeful that this design might provide some cushioning on the landing since I'm a heel-toe runner. Unfortunately the "blades" are much stiffer than I expected resulting in the opposite effect. After 3 runs of 5 miles each my legs were hurting more rather than less. Back to my faithful Gel Nimbus.

Best Uses Comments about Mens adidas springblade Running Shoe: I was so excited to buy the Spring Blade. I ran a couple 5milers, and was eager to do the Disney 1/2 marathon. About 6miles in they became very heavy and was uncomfortable on the arch and heel. They are to capture the energy when you step and"spring" it back to you, NOT even a slight bit did it do this. Do not believe the hype.
