Comments about Womens adidas Supernova Sequence 7 Boost Running Shoe: I have had plantar fasciitis for about 4 years. I started distance running 6 mos ago but ended up hurting my ankle due to poor foot support. I have tried about 4 different other shoes for running but when I put these adidas shoes on, ahh! I have FINALLY found the perfect shoe. I have narrow feet, and medium to high arches. I have mild over pronation. I thought I would need insoles in every running shoe I bought because of the PF. But these shoes are perfect without the insoles as the arch support is great and the cushioning is good for my tender heels. They seem to sit higher on the ankles which felt strange at first but I've become accustomed to it and like the support. And I love the boost technology. I've not had the shoe long enough to comment on the durability.

Comments about Womens adidas Supernova Sequence 7 Boost Running Shoe: This is maybe my 4th pair of Sequence 7 Boosts. I love these shoes. I've run a marathon, a half marathon, and several training runs of 15+ miles in them. They have never let me down. I've worn Adidas for 8 years now. I also like to rotate these with the Adistar Boost. I run about 25-40 miles per week and weigh 120#. I also have a pair of Sequence 8 Boosts, but I find them to be much stiffer than the 7 and haven't warmed up to them yet. I hope the 7 remains an option for quite some time or that when Adidas comes out with the 9 that is more like the 7 than the 8!

Comments about Womens adidas Supernova Sequence 7 Boost Running Shoe: Both my sister and I have narrow feet with high arches. Turn out we both got this shoe without knowing the other bought it. Great brand for narrow foot with good cushioning. Walking 12-15 miles per week and gym.

Comments about Womens adidas Supernova Sequence 7 Boost Running Shoe: I fell in these on trails so do not wear on heavily wooded area without limestone/pavement. But the cushions is so comfy - these are great for distance training.

Comments about Womens adidas Supernova Sequence 7 Boost Running Shoe: I really, really love this shoe. It's by far the most comfortable running shoe I've ever worn. I'm training for a marathon and my mileage is currently in the upper 50s. However, I'm only giving this shoe 4 stars because it doesn't seem to give me enough support. I'm feeling a bit of an overuse injury spike up from overpronating in my left foot. I put an insole to stop my overpronation in the shoe and it went away. If Adidas would make this shoe have more pronation control, it'd be the perfect shoe for me. I'd highly recommend this shoe as a high mileage trainer for anyone who is either a neutral runner or who is only a very slight overpronator.

Best Uses Comments about Womens adidas Supernova Sequence 7 Boost Running Shoe: I REALLY wanted to like these shoes. I'm training for marathons and currently run 40+ miles/week. I need some stability for pronation and these shoes felt good in the store, but not once I got them outside and really tried a run with them. I'll give them credit that yes, the Boost system seems to work as they've designed it. Overall though, the footbed seemed flat and allowed my foot to rock and roll however it pleased without any guidance. I was completely underwhelmed and disappointed. I have also been a size 8 1/2 for as long as I can remember, in every running shoe. This was my 1st exception-- I needed to go down to an 8.
