This shoe is an amazing racing flat for the 5K to half marathon distances. If you're a small-framed runner with a high arch, this is the racing flat you'll want. Very light weight and comfortable.

These shoes seem made for me (small frame, low arches, 25-30 miles per week). The toebox is roomy and the heel fits well. Their light weight and stablility are great for speed workouts. It's cushioned enough for my knees and shins. The ClimaCool works great, especially in my hot, muggy city. (Note: use this socks to take advantage of the airflow.)
