This shoe is an amazing racing flat for the 5K to half marathon distances. If you're a small-framed runner with a high arch, this is the racing flat you'll want. Very light weight and comfortable.

These shoes seem made for me (small frame, low arches, 25-30 miles per week). The toebox is roomy and the heel fits well. Their light weight and stablility are great for speed workouts.
