These tights are great for running, but don't think they can multitask for things like yoga. I found (much to my dismay) DURING a yoga class, that one of the mesh insets is nicely located in the crotch area, such that it would be inappropriate to engage in splits or other poses that become revealing in these tights. But I love them for running. They are fairly lightweight so great for spring running if you want compression.
