      Very little support even for walking the dog and the band was way too loose. This is going back but I am NOT ordering a smaller size. Not impressed with this.

      this bra is not stretchy like most sports bras. it is a little difficult to get on but feels great and provides good compression. I was looking for support to prevent movement and this does its job.

            I use this bra mostly to run but, also to weight train and on the eliptical. It is extremely flattering. The cups are a little too big for a medium but, the band is perfect. Sad they don't make it in Pink and black anymore.
