This pouch is great! Wore it through 2 marathons and training. Managed to stuff 2 bags of shot blox and 2 bags of sport beans for a marathon - good thing my pants had a drawstring. But I do wear this with my skorts (with fewer snacks) and it does great. A fantastic solution to no pockets and safety pinning gels to your shorts.

This is a great pack even though it's a little small for my needs. I have a pack with a belt, but it was starting to bug me (bouncing around), so this was my solution. The good news is that once you clip it on, it isn't going to fall off. If you put heavy stuff in it, you better tie your shorts on to prevent bounce. It's comfortable and doesn't rub. The bad news is that it isn't as big as advertised. I could fit my Razr in there, but not anything else. It definitely doesn't hold a passport. Amphipod does make a larger pack called the explorer which is about 50% bigger. Roadrunner Sports needs to carry this one too! Hint, hint... Yes, some of us run less lightly. I'll definitely use this for shorter runs, but I'd definitely need a larger pack and/or shorts with more pockets for a race (car keys and phone and gels and ID and money). Yeah, I know I don't travel light, but I want to be comfortable anyway!

Does a great job - I slip in the remote to my vehicle, iPod nano and a gel pack or two. It's small, light, and best of all, stays where I clip it. I've had mine for about two years and run with it several times each week. The color has faded a little, but there is no detectable wear to the velcro, clip, neoprene body, nor stitching. I'd buy this again.

I've had this product for 8 years and it's fantastic. Holds credit cards, money, key, ID, chapstick - just ran a marathon and had my cell phone in it. It's the best.

WAY COOL!!
THE AMPHIPOD HOLDS CAR KEYS, CREDIT CARD, ETC FOR RUNNING, AND I LIKE IT SO WELL THAT I HAVE A SECOND ONE INSTEAD OF A WALLET!

I have been using this for almost four years and love it. The pocket is lightweight, very secure and hardly noticeable. It holds my driver's license, a ten dollar bill and my car key so I have identification, transportation and can pick up milk or whatever on my way home from a run. I take it along when I travel for business because it easily holds a hotel key if I go down to swim or workout. Highly recommended.
