Cons Best Uses Comments about Amphipod Micropack Satellite Holders: Great little pack BUT with an iphone in it it's too heavy and bounces around when running in running shorts or capris! I had it on the front and will try in different areas next time. The catch/grip is strong which it needs to be. It's great for hiking though.

Holds iPhone with cover, but it won't hold iPhone in otter box case. The zippered part seems to be sweat proof, but I wouldn't take it underwater for any period of time.

Comments about Amphipod Micropack Satellite Holders: I used this in my first marathon to hold my gel packs and it worked great! I had to tie my pants tight for the first half so the pack didn't weight and pull them down but once I got that down right, it was smooth sailing. It is easy to open on the go and get what you need. I will continue to use it on my long runs and for other activities as well.
 Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about Amphipod Micropack Satellite Holders: I can squeeze 4 x GU's in the zip pocket & a pack of sports beans in the outside mesh pocket. It clips on VERY securely. It you load it up like I do id does bounce up and down a bit unless you have a draw string cord on your shorts, if you tighten the draw string the bouncing stops all together. Best one I own!
