Comments about Amphipod Micropack Satellite Holders: I used this in my first marathon to hold my gel packs and it worked great! I had to tie my pants tight for the first half so the pack didn't weight and pull them down but once I got that down right, it was smooth sailing. It is easy to open on the go and get what you need. I will continue to use it on my long runs and for other activities as well.

It you load it up like I do id does bounce up and down a bit unless you have a draw string cord on your shorts, if you tighten the draw string the bouncing stops all together. Best one I own!
