Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I am a cop in the San Diego area. I use this pack to carry my off duty gun (Ruger LCP) while I run. The pack easily conceals the gun and it does not bounce when I run! And even with the gun in the pack, I still have room to add my ID, keys, phone and gel! This is a great product that I highly recommend.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I bought this to store my keys, ipod, cell phone and ID for outdoor running. Works great and it doesnt move around. It was a tad larger than i expected, but you can wear it discreetly under a tshirt or just fanny pack it right on top of your clothes! The contents inside dont get wet no matter how much you sweat!

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: Aphipod rules! they really know how to make those small pouches. I can carry an iPhone, keys, cash, ID, and Metro card no problem, and stays in place (However, I noticed without much weight in, they tend to slid around) I also got the latest model which has two gel sleeves on the side and they are good to go as well. Why buy the new one? Zipper is not durable and bust easy, so don't push so many items in like I did. Lesson learned.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: Love all Amphipod products, and this is no exception. Very sturdy and comfortable, nice room in pack for cell phone, gels, keys. I did send back though because this, along with my Amphipod hydration belt was just too much stuff around my 27" waist. Would be great if using alone or in conjunction with hand-held hydration or a camelback.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I purchased this to replace my existing 5 year old waistpack. Amphipod's waistpack is extremely comfortable; you will barely notice it is there. It has exceptional padding and will protect most anything you place in it as long as you don't forcibly impact the pack in some way.

Cons Best Uses Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: During first marathon training had a hard time deciding where to put gels. Experimented during long runs and found this to be the best and most comfortable product. No bounce or ride up the waist if you tighten it well. The pack can be moved; I wear it on the right hip. It actually provides a good reminder to rotate the hips when running, one of the key elements of good form. Fits up to 5 Clif Shot gels, and some folded cash and a key. Beware it's very easy to lose cash if you stuff too many gels and then yank them out during a run. Pros

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I have used the pack about 5 times so far. The waist band is made of an elastic material that of course will stretch. I found the tighter I have it set the less movement I get even though there is not much movement at all anyways. I did notice during the Country Music Marathon a few weeks ago that the strap rubbed a spot on my hip. The next weekend I ran an ultra and put a little Body Glide around my waist and didn't have that problem. As far the amount of space that it has, well I can put about 4-6 extra Hammer Gels in the back pocket and a snack size zip-loc bag of Endurolytes, biofreeze packets, a few baby wipes in the front pocket. Even though this sounds like a lot of stuff I wish it would expand out just a little more, but that is what I have my hand held Nathans Water Bottles with a zip pocket for... I went on a solo 40 miler with this pack and I could carry almost everything I needed for that distance.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I use this waistpack when I run outside. I holds a phone, keys, and ID easily. After putting it on, you forget that it is there. It is compact, light and fits against the small of your back. I live in Florida, and it is not hot when I wear it. Bought it because it was the "daily treat," but now I do not know what I would do without it.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: This is a great product. I have ordered another pack that holds a water bottle for longer runs. Probably didn't need both. I am just beginning to become a marathon runner so I am pretty new at this. I am very impressed with Amphipod waist packs. High quailty that matches their discription.

Cons Best Uses Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I used this for the first time today for a half marathon. It held my gels and keys just fine. Since I hadn't used it before, I was worried how it would do. I put it on pre-race, started running, and forgot it was there! It didn't budge an inch! It even held the ends of my shirt down, and provided a convenient place to clip my ipod. Love it, and will definitely be using it again. Pros

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: This light weight pack does everything as advertised. I like how things don't bounce around while you're running, even with my smartphone inside. The pack is padded so it's very comfortable to wear and provides protection inside. I use it bike riding as well.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I wear this on the small of my back. It can get a bit hot at times but it's not bad at all. The belt doesn't get too tight around my waist. I usually have a cell phone, small flashlight, and a 4 inch knife in there. The items don't bounce around at all. The only change I'd make is that the zipper pull is small. Once it gets cold you'll have to take a glove off to unzip it. Otherwise I'm very happy with it.

Cons Best Uses Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I love this waistpack! I used to carry my phone in my hand and put my key in a pocket on my running pants, but my hands always got so sweaty and the key would usually bump my knee. NOW, I carry my iPod, cell phone and car key in this waistpack when I am running. I sweat A LOT and was afraid my stuff might get wet with the waistpack sitting directly in the area where my shirt is drenched with sweat after a good 10-mile run. So, I left the plastic bubble wrap in the pack and put my items on the other side of the plastic, in case my sweat came through the pack. BUT, I was pleasantly surprised when no moisture got through! The inside of the pack was completely dry and I did not need to use the plastic after all! I wear this waistpack every time I run now, which is several times a week, and also bought my daughter one for her runs too! Now, my hands are free and I wonder how I ever survived without it!!

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I find that this product is perfect for my daily run/walk and short hikes - holds my keys, my cellphone, id card, some cash/debit card, and snack bar. Can't hold much more than that so if you are going on an all-day hike or walk about town I would suggest a larger pack. My ipod shuffle easily clips to the side. This pack is lightweight and very flexible. The only problem I see is that those with "more about the middle" may find it doesn't fit so well - not so ideal for larger waist sizes as it only adjusts so much. Pros

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I was looking for something to hold by Blackberry while running, & this is perfect! I'm a nurse & often on-call while running. I have to carry my phone, small notepad & pen. It all easily fits, but doesn't get in my way. I HIGHLY recommend this!! I have a small waist, & it was not difficult to get it to fit for me. However, it can easily adjust for larger people. I love it!!
