Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I am a cop in the San Diego area. I use this pack to carry my off duty gun (Ruger LCP) while I run. The pack easily conceals the gun and it does not bounce when I run! And even with the gun in the pack, I still have room to add my ID, keys, phone and gel! This is a great product that I highly recommend.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I use this product to hold my keys (~10 on a ring) and phone (Galaxy S6+) on my runs. It works great and I often forget that I have it on because it is very comfortable. I highly recommend this product.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I bought this to store my keys, ipod, cell phone and ID for outdoor running. Works great and it doesnt move around. It was a tad larger than i expected, but you can wear it discreetly under a tshirt or just fanny pack it right on top of your clothes! The contents inside dont get wet no matter how much you sweat!

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: Aphipod rules! they really know how to make those small pouches. I can carry an iPhone, keys, cash, ID, and Metro card no problem, and stays in place (However, I noticed without much weight in, they tend to slid around) I also got the latest model which has two gel sleeves on the side and they are good to go as well. Why buy the new one? Zipper is not durable and bust easy, so don't push so many items in like I did. Lesson learned.
Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: Great for my phone and keys. Does exactly what is suppose to do. Pros

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I have used this for over 3 years as my daily runner's wallet for carrying a credit card, key, inhaler, iPhone 7. Has two separated pockets for keeping keys separate from phone. The second pocket is accessed from inside the zipper and works for carrying thicker, larger items like eye drops, inhaler. Use it every day and love it. Thank you!

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I bought this to carry phone and keys while running. Very comfortable and doesn't loosen up as you run.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: Was looking for a small waist pack to put my phone when running (I just hate the arm bands), and this was a great choice. I can plug in my ear phones and listen to music while running and you don't even know it's there. I have one of the thick Otter Boxes on my iPhone 5S and I do have to make sure my phone is properly placed in order to easily zip it shut. A thinner case would be no issue. Although there is a certain degree of elasticity to this pack, I'm pretty sure any phone larger than this would have a difficult time fitting in this waist pack. I've also used on vacation recently to carry my drivers license, credit card, a lil cash and lip balm. Worked great! Quality is great, very comfortable, and I highly recommend.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I use the product while running. I moves around a bit but not enough to irritate me. Also, you cannot have a extra large phone or iPod, it is on the smaller side.
Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: This pack is much smaller than the Nathan. It will hold three gels, car keys, and an IPod Nano (the small one) but it is a tight fit.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: Used to hold keys and other items while running. I tried the ifit flip thing, very uncomfotable when it flipped over. This one so far is perfect.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I used this waist pack for the first time on an 18-mile run. I strung a 6-ounce water bottle with a holder onto the belt and enclosed my iPhone 6 with a Mophie battery cover. I also inserted a Shot Block package and a gel into the mesh portion. It rained a fine mist during my entire run, and none of the contents of the waist pack got wet. I wore the pack low on my hips, and it was very comfortable. Three times I had to adjust and tighten the belt because it loosened. It would probably fit a larger person better. I'm 5'4", 120 lbs. with 35" hips and 26" waist. I was happy enough with the belt that I'll be wearing it for the NYC Marathon!!!!

Best Uses Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I am pretty happy with this belt - it carries my iphone, keys, and gloves without a problem. It's lightweight so I hardly notice it while I'm running.
Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: Needed a belt to fit my iPhone 6 plus in. It barely squeezes in this belt, but it does squeeze in. However, there is not room for anything else. If you have a smaller phone, it would fit that with room for keys, gels, etc. I do like the stretchy band that makes the belt stay put, with no creeping up.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I use this to carry my keys, id and phone when I am running. It rarely slips and my stuff doesn't get soggy from sweat due to air flow from the mesh. Also, I don't sweat a lot under it. I live in a hot humid area so this can be an issue. It is also soft and painless to wear, except if you sit and clip pokes you in the back. I also run with a dog leash around my waist, I have noticed that the dog leash started fraying the belt after a few miles. The belt is probably not good for rough terrain. If you are using it for road or cleared trails it is wonderful, just don't add a dog leash to the mix.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: This Amphipod Waistpack does everything it advertizes!
Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: This is a nice waistpack. It's roomy, can put a couple things in it and it still fills comfortable. It was just as described. All the reviews about it were accurate and helped me purchase it.
Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I use this to carry my phone and wallet on days I run to work or when I want to have my camera with me on a run. It works great, fits well, snd stays secure with minimal bounce. My phone is a Note II, which is large, and it fits well and the bounce is minimal.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: purchased this for my runs when i want to bring my phone along. the phone fits fine, as well as keys, id, gel, etc but i couldnt get it to ride comfortably, i tried low, high, tight, loose, it always slid up or bounced around. works okay only if i strap it outside a fleece or tuck it into my tights ( not the most pleasant). disappointed.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I use this on my runs to carry my cell phone (iphone 5 with a case), keys, and money. It's very comfortable and light (I forget I'm wearing it sometimes), but the pouch doesn't expand so the space is limited. I carry my water bottle, so I'm not sure if it will go well with another belt, especially if you have a smaller build.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I bought this when I was looking for a way to carry my phone with my while running or rollerblading. I tried an arm band but it felt bulky and wasn't comfortable. This waistpack is exactly what I wanted...it's very comfortable..doesn't bounce and jiggle around..in fact I hardly notice it's on. I've even used it for mowing the lawn just so I can listen to Pandora on my phone while mowing. :) I love it!!

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I was looking for a way to free up my hands from my phone which I use for music and as a GPS running computer. My Samsung Galaxy Nexus fits nicely in the pouch and would still have some room for gel etc if need be. The neoprene belt can be made to be quite snug. I haven't tried to put a water bottle on it yet but I think it could support a small one without too much bounce. All in all this was exactly what I was looking for.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: As others have stated, this pack is super comfortable with no movement once you adjust it for your waist. No movement! I forget it's on once I get going. Low profile enough to wear under layers. It fits my iPhone, some kleenex, a key and my skinny mace (though that peeks out from the pocket if I carry my phone in the pocket also). Not really room for much else but I don't need to carry much else in it on a run. Belt is wide enough to not dig into my waist or create any bulging. Very well made quality material.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I really was impressed with this pack. I've worn several "fanny-type" running bags for years and I like this one the best. It isn't as big as I would like, but it will hold a smart phone, keys and maybe one other small item. What I like the best is the stretchy belt. I've never seen that before so it makes the bag very comfortable to wear and it does NOT BOUNCE at all!

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: Love all Amphipod products, and this is no exception. Very sturdy and comfortable, nice room in pack for cell phone, gels, keys. I did send back though because this, along with my Amphipod hydration belt was just too much stuff around my 27" waist. Would be great if using alone or in conjunction with hand-held hydration or a camelback.

Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: I purchased this to replace my existing 5 year old waistpack. Amphipod's waistpack is extremely comfortable; you will barely notice it is there. It has exceptional padding and will protect most anything you place in it as long as you don't forcibly impact the pack in some way.
Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Amphipod AirFlow Lite Waistpack Holders: During first marathon training had a hard time deciding where to put gels. Experimented during long runs and found this to be the best and most comfortable product. No bounce or ride up the waist if you tighten it well. The pack can be moved; I wear it on the right hip. It actually provides a good reminder to rotate the hips when running, one of the key elements of good form. Fits up to 5 Clif Shot gels, and some folded cash and a key. Beware it's very easy to lose cash if you stuff too many gels and then yank them out during a run.
