A great training shoe. As an Ironman athlete who recently suffered a knee injury, I had to cut back on my training volume until I tried this shoe. Great cushioning and support -- a good training shoe for the high mileage runner.

After having much success with the VI, I thought the VIIs would be just as good. They seem heavier on my feet but they are still much better than the Asics 2100s.

Shoe provides great support for me (6'3", 210 lbs.). However I agree that the size in the Nimbus VII runs big. Go down a 1/2 size when ordering. This shoe runs bigger than the Nimbus VI.

Many people have complained about the fit of this shoe and heel pain and/or blistering. All I can say is that I've had no problems whatsoever. I think the key is sizing down a 1/2 size from what you normally wear. I usually run in 12 1/2 but had to get a 12 in these for the fit to be right. Also...

I've been running for 23 years, and this is the first shoe I've owned that felt perfect from right out of the box. Snug in the heal, but roomy in the toe box, super cushioning. Great for those who do lots of running on the road.

Awesome shoes...buying my 5th or 6th pair...wide toebox with mesh all across the top relieved a big-toe hotspot with other shoes. Will run 3rd marathon later this month with these! I'm a high school runner and spend lots of miles in my running shoes. I discovered the Nimbus early last season. After an a stress fracture in my ankle. I'm on my second pair now and just love them! Thank you Nimbus, youre so sweet to my feet!

I've ran and walked in Kayano's for years before moving on to the new Nimbus VII. I'm a heavy person at 230 lbs. and find that I'm having problems with soreness on the balls of my feet after walking 3 to 4 miles. Great fit with plenty of custion in the heals. Going back to Kayanos!

I love these shoes. I usally require a wide (4E) shoe, but these just mold to my feet and feel great. The cushioning makes it feel like you are running on air. I can't say enough good things about these shoes.

Excellent shoe! I have run in Kayanos and Hurricanes, for the price this one ranks right up there with them , but less expensive. Great soft ,support from heal to toe. I have turned 2 of my friends on to these and they love them also. Highly Recomended!

I have been running in Nimbus shoes for the past four years until these replaced the VIs. Cushion is overbearing and makes the shoe feel loose and the fit (toebox) is now too wide for my liking.
