Comfortable and stable. Not as much cushioning under ball of foot as I'd wish. Slightly tight and high in back ankle which causes some of rubbing. I run on this shoe with an orthotic insert. I love it! I have narrow feet and a low arch. I average 5-7 miles per day and these shoes last an average of 250 miles.

I have worn gel-empire shoes for 3 years and loved them. The redesigned upper does not fit as well as the original design.
