I do not recommend Kayano 13. Aside from the sizing issues (seems little larger), the cushioning is not there. Good for 1-5 miler but anything over, get something else. I am a 35+mpw guy 160lbs 5'8"

Didn't care for the feel of the shoe but bought it based on reputation. Not a well built shoe for the price. I had trim pieces still hanging on mine I had to remove when I took them out of the box. After wearing the shoes for a couple of hours to break them in my feet began to go numb from the shoe
