Did research when I bought them and they were recommended for neutral to supinators. Lasted 4 months before the shin splints and sore hip kicked in. I run between 15-20 miles a week. Comfortable while they lasted. Was hoping to get 6-7 months out of them. A bit disappointed. Switching to New Balance

I am used to wearing Gel-Speedstar, so these felt a bit sluggish in comparison. However, they were very comfortable right out of the box, no breaking in required.
