I am a big guy (220 lb) with strong pronation. These are very comfortable shoes for a low mileage run - not exceeding 5 miles. They gave significant pain releif in my shins and ankles that I was experiencing in my previous Mizuno Renegades. Ditto the comment about wearing out fast. However, the c

These shoes are not worth a hundred dollars you need a new pair every three months. They wore out fast and became hard as rock after they only got a little damp!
