im 5'11" and 152 lbs. and run 15-25 mi/wk. I switched to the 14's after i wore out my mizunos, what a mistake that was. My hips an legs were fine until i bought the 14's when i started having hip pain and knee issues. Its a heavy shoe and it loses all cushioning in the first handful of runs, then
