It's not often that people who love a shoe run in and write a review. I saw some negative reviews but I assure you this is an incredible shoe. Especially if you need a lot of cushion to protect your joints; it has taken my pain away. Love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been a Nimbus runner since 2000 and these aren't very good. The toebox is much smaller and not as comfortable as Nimbus 9. I'm trying a pair of Nike now. So fas so good.

Just got these yesterday and love them. Wore addidas and decided to try something different. Just got back from a quick 6 miler and feel like I can go on another 6. Comfortable and stable ride.

Never had a shoe that took so long to break in. After 100 kilometers the initial clunkyness is gone and the fit, cushioning and ride is exactly the way I want it to be.

I just got these shoes today for my birthday from my wife, and they are great shoes...about a month ago I got fitted for Sauconys Triumph 5, and after about a month of trying to get used to them...I vowed I would go back to Asics. So my wife got me a great gift! Make sure you size up!!!

I am an Asics fan and after all of terrific reviews, was disappointed with this stiff shoe. Too much plastic midsole support makes for a poor heel-toe transition. My feet were slapping the pavement. Running 40 miles a week, 7:20 pace, 185 lbs.

a bit early for me to be too commital, but I am very happy with these shoes. Only 18 miles so far, but the cushioning is excellent. It feels a bit pneumatic- like you are supported by an inflated tyre..... my first time in Asics and so far so good....will update later...

I'm a big runner (6'4, 225) who logs about 35 miles per week. These shoes have been fantastic. I've put over 250 miles on them and they're still going strong. I'd recommend them for large runners with high arches like myself. Much better than the Nimbus-9 version.
