I'm 5' 8” 170, run 15 to 20 miles a week. I have a neutral foot strike, but need a support shoe for runs over 4 miles. The 1140 is a great shoe! I've have 1120's, 1130's and now the 1140's. IMO the 1140 is a mix of the 1120 and 1130. It has the cushioning of the 1120 with the fit/last of the 11
