I am a nurse on my feet many hours a day. I work out 5 days a week and wear these shoes everywhere I go! They are awesome and now my legs don't hurt anymore after a long day at work or while I'm exercising. I finally found the perfect shoes for me!!

I do not like to spend a lot of money on cross trainers (I paid the list prices), but this shoe is absolutely worth it. I use these in the gym for wt training and different types of aerobic classes instead of my running shoes. They offer great stability for lateral movement and a lot of cushioning for impact. I only wear Asics (have been wearing them for 10+ years), and this has been my favorite shoe so far--I have even run in them a few times. Lately I have been suffering with issues with my toes and my feet seemed cramped in my regular running shoes-- this shoe offers plenty of room in the toe box. Overall, it is a very comfortable, light-weight, good looking shoe. I highly recommend it.

This shoe offers the best arch support I've ever experienced in ANY shoe. I have high arches. It has nice cushioning and great fit. Order half size up as suggested.

This is the absolute #1 cross trianer I've had! Lots of cushioning in the forefoot and heel for impact training, and stability for weight training. I am so impressed! Buy 1/2 size up for best fit.

I have worn these for a step class, another group exercise class, and on the elliptical and at first I had to adjust the laces a few times for a better fit, but my heel still slightly comes up. The ankle "support" is fairly stiff but does provide lateral support. Overall nice and lightweight and fairly comfortable after adjusting the laces a few times (too tight= my feet felt like they were falling asleep, too loose= my heel comes up).

These are great shoes for cross training and weight lifting. They have good lateral support. My only complaint is that the heal slips a little, I wish the heal fit like my Nimbus running shoes. As a personal trainer, these are much more comfortable than running shoes while I am working.

Great shoe...lightweight and not bulky like some crosstrainers. I use these for gym classes (BOSU, STEP, sculpting) and elliptical workouts instead of my running shoes, which provided the wrong type of support and made my feet and ankles hurt!
The overall aesthetic of the shoe is a nice bonus...there is a flower detail on the metallic portions and the color is pretty neutral.
The only drawback (if you can call it that) is the cushioning/support around the ankle...some people might find it awkward or even painful at first, but it defintiely serves a purpose.
