I am a high arch, 6'3, 205lbs. these shoes are great. I replaced both of my sets at about the 350 mile mark. Shoes held up great, cushioning started to go out. I run about 20-30 miles a week. Highly reccomended.

This is the first Cumulus since the 7 that actually feels similar to the 7s! So if you're a huge Cumulus 7 fan like me, you'll love this. Try flicking your toes on the toe-off while running and sorta land on midfoot and you'll fly in this... of course that kinda stride should come natural to you to really appreciate this shoe.

I replaced my Nimbus 11s with the Cumulus 11. The Nimbus is too wide and sloppy. The Cumulus 11 is narrower and lighter with just the right amount of cushion for me (185lbs). Ran a half marathon in them this past weekend and have no complaints.

This review is only for the fit of the Cumulus 11 in comparison to the Cumulus 10. The toe-box of the 11 seems considerably smaller to me -- not quite sure if it's a length or volume issue, but whatever the cause my toes are rubbing on the overlays. Very aggravating that I have to go up at least a 1/2 size from the Cumulus 10's -- particularly since I called RRS ahead of time and was advised the 11's would fit "very similarly" to the 10's.

My daily run takes me over a mix of surfaces - road, sidewalk, trail - and this shoe gives me the best ride of any I've tried so far. At 63 years & 200+ lbs I need a shoe that carries my weight and doesn't interfere with my stride, and the Cumulus does that & more.

I tend to supinate and this shoe helps correct this as well as give me great cushioning on hard surfaces. I also like the roomy toe box with little stitching to prevent rubbing.

These are the most comfortable running shoes. I will not buy anything else. I have a very high arch and these shoes provide the right support for me.

I love this shoe, used it during a whole XC season and it worked great the whole time. Too bad its discontinued, i don't like the 12 very much.

Traded in my Kayanos for these. Great from teh first tijme I laced them up and ran in them. No break in period. Just lace them up and go. My only "complaint" is the lacing system. Actually it's how they changed the tounge to be connected/sewn on to one side. This has the effect of preventing one from adjusting the tounge on the top of the foot. Still my favorite running shoe.

As a large runner, 6'3"/215 lbs., I'm constantly looking for the best combination of stability and cushioning. Cushioning is very important! This shoe gets very, very close to the best compromise. Since I have large feet, 14, weight is also very important and this shoe shaves miles off of a run. The trade-off is a slight reduction in durability. Overall, great shoe! I'm going to buy them again!

Good basic running shoe--fit is good even with orthotics/inserts. I run 30 to 40 miles a week and have bought this shoe for 4+ years. I've tried other brands/models, but always come back to Asics because of comfort/fit--never a blister. Only complaint is they seem to break down quickly--usually just around 300 miles.

These shoes feel great. They fit nice and snug in the heel and then it's nice and roomy in the forefoot area.

After running in these shoes a few times, they feel very 'spongy'. They feel like running on pillows. I've been able to extend my runs by about 1 mile due just to the shoes. I have gotten rid of my ankle and knee pains after running in these shoes. These are the best ASICS I've ever had. I've run in Brooks, Mizunos, Nike and ASICS. The Brooks have been great shoes but I think these ASICS are the best I've had.

I had two pairs of Nimbus 10 and liked them, but the toe box was too narrow. The Cumulus 10 seemed too wide. After 11s came out and comparing the Nimbus and Cumulus, I switched to the Cumulus. After a short while of getting used to it, I now love it. I am 6'1", slightly over 180#, and run 20 - 25 miles per week. I don't think I've run in a more comfortable shoe.

Great shoe. Good cushioning. Just the right amount of support. The only Negative is that this show is not as breathable as I'd like. Go with thin socks if you get this shoe. Nice wide toebox. I Run 20 miles a week and these feel good on the roads.
