I have been running in the Asics 2140 and the trail shoe that is also 2140. I like both of these shoes,so I was interested to read that this shoe is similar to the 2140. I really like this new shoe. I have worn it out of the box to the gym and the treadmill. What I've noticed is that it is effortless for me to wear, there is no break in, my foot feels natural, not like it's being forced into a position or my arch is being forced high, etc. I really like.

I had been running in asics nimbus gel 10 and 11's for about 2 years. I liked the 10s more than the 11s, tried this shoe due to increased heal pain with the others and i have found my shoe. I love this shoe and I know it has made a big difference in my runs.

Because of major bunions, I bought this shoe because of its bunion window and reputed wide toebox. While the bunion window is very helpful, other inexplicable features of this shoe make it a very poor choice for someone with bunions. In typical Asics style, the toebox is very tapered rather than rounded. For someone with bunions, that likely will result in really uncomfortable, squished toes (even in the wide width). The shoe also doesn't have a lot of depth in the toebox and too many unforgiving, rigid, and poorly placed overlays. In some, I don't recommend this shoe for someone who needs a lot of toebox width and depth due to bunions, despite what the publicity and bunion might lead you to believe. Asics seems to have one basic, narrow, tapered last that it just won't get away from.

I've been a long time GT-2000 series wearer and on a whim I gave these a try when the came out a few months ago. I've been really happy with them. The toe box is a bit roomier than the 2140 - I had no idea that was just what I had been looking for!

I have been running in Saucony Hurricanes and don't like the changes they have made. I ordered these shoes and love them! I have ran in them twice. One 5 mile run and one 7 mile run. No problems, no break in period, just great shoes. I will be ordering another pair.

An avid Saucony fan, I tried these when I started having arch issues. At first, these caused some pain on the outside of my foot, but I think they also encouraged me to correct my gait. I LOVE these shoes. I have high arches and these really work for me.

I am a devout follower of this shoe....I have been wearing this since it was the creed, then the empire and now the 3010. It is the perfect balance of stability and motion control...only complaint is they are hard to get when I need them...I am always having to order them online because local stores often dont carry enough supply...this has always seemed to be the case.

I had the Asics 2140's and liked them but I also bought the new 3010. I like them alot. Even though they say to order a half size bigger, I didn't and they still fit great. I don't have blisters and these shoes are extremely comfortable. I have a marathon in November and will order these shoes again for the race.

I've been running in the GT-2100 line for many years, but the latest version (GT-2140) ended up being the worst of the line. I had tried Kayanos before, without succuss, so I decided to give the 3010's a try. The 3010 is the best shoe I've ran in to date. They are slightly firmer than the 2140, and they ride closer to the ground. I've been running in the 3010's for about 4 weeks now, and my times are consistently 30 seconds per mile faster. I have tendonitis in my left ankle, which was aggrevated by the 2140's. It feels so much better since switching shoes. I am a lightweight (105 lbs.) runner, so if you are lightweight too, don't be discouraged by the stability "plus" designation. They just might work for you like they did for me.

I usually wear Kayano's. However, I did not like the new Kayano 15, so since I had once run in 2140, I tried these. I really love them. Nice forefoot cushioning. Feel like my Kayano 14's.

Wore them for a 16 mile run and was miserable. They felt big and heavy and for half of the run the bottom of my feet felt like they were burning. I've never had this problem before and found that I had blisters on the bottom of my feet when I finished.

This shoe was fine for the left foot, but the right foot was awful. I ran 3.5 miles straight out of the box. My right pinkie toe had a blister by mile 3. I couldn't finish. I also had a blister on my arch. I ended up walking home. I tried to run a treadmill run today with them, but had to stop after 10 minutes. Don't buy these!

This sneaker was recommended to me by a Road Runner Representative, after I explained the problems I have with my feet: bunions, arthritis in the big toe, and the top of my feet were very sore the next day after a workout. I also have a problem with over pronation. Itried three different pairs of sneakers before I purchased this one. I was really frustrated because I couldn't find a pair of sneakers with the right fit and comfort. This sneaker was more than what I expected comfort wise. I absolutely love them. My feet and legs feel much better. My toes don't bother me as the cushioning for the bunions reduced the friction on my big toe. This sneaker is well worth the money. I highly recommend this sneaker to anyone who has the problems with there feet like I have. I give the sneaker 10 STARS!

Great shoe! I had 2140's and loved them but got talked into a pair of sauconys at a running shop. I have has problems ever since. I have run in these three times and my legs are all ready feeling better! I am never switching from asics again

Normally I run in New Balance but I think I am crossing over. I love these shoes. They're light and comfortable. I can't wait to run my first marathon in them!

Normally run in a Kayano, but the 15's did not hit my ankle bone correctly, so I tried these as an alternative. Holy Moly that's a lot of cushioning! VERY comfortable right out of the box and on a 4-miler. Am anxious to try them out on a longer run!

I ran a marathon yesterday in these bad boys and am walking around today blister-free with no joint pain, just the usual muscle stiffness. I have a pretty narrow heel but wide forefoot, so I bought these in regular width and just swapped out the laces for a slightly longer pair (to accommodate the wide part of my foot). I'm 5'7" and 135 lbs. I also run in the 2000 series but wanted something with more cushioning for longer runs; these turned out to be the perfect solution!

Ran 7 miles in them straight out of the box, and another 10 in them a few days later. Perfect blend of stability and cushion that I've been looking for. I was having knee aches and pains due to inadequate stability, no aches or pains running in these!
