If you live in the North East and run outdoors all year long like I do, regardless of weather, these ARE the shoes for you! Best trail running, Gortex shoes I have ever found or worn. Stiff at first, but once broken in, they are superb!

I love this shoe! Excellent for trail running, provides fantastic traction. I've had these shoes for 4 months now and am just looking to replace them. I ended up wearing them instead of my Kayanos to run on a regular basis because I love them so much.

I was so excited to get these shoes because I wanted to wear them to walk in the rain. They got great reviews on other sites, so I was hopeful. I received them today and was very surprised to see what a hot pink color the stripes were and how shiny the silver was. If I had seen them in a store I wouldn't have even tried them on as I prefer something more subdued. However, given the fact that they were Goretex and had anticipated them to be stiff at first, I was willing to give them a try. First of all, I could barely get them on my foot that's how tight they were and I figured, right away, that this meant trouble. Once I finally got them on I was surprised to see that they felt more comfortable than I had first imagined, but after wearing them for about 10 minutes I felt the pinch in the width and on the arch. I even loosened the shoelace to see if that would help and even repositioned the tongue. However, I was not able to make them comfortable at all. They pinched my little toe and f

My favorite shoe! I hike and run in the wet fields, gravel road and muddy trails. These shoes really stay dry, handle well and feel great. I had last year's model as well and couldn't wait to get my feet into this new pair. Warning: I think the Gortex does put off a strange odor when it ages (8-10 months?), but it's worth the dry feet.

This shoe is very stable and quite sturdy. I use it for running and kickboxing classes.
So far the shoe has been quite comfortable. Due to the Gore-Tex, it was quite stiff at first. It took a few days of walking around to get it to loosen up.
The only problem I have had with this shoe- the way the tongue is sewn in creates a point that bites on the inside of my instep. This was fixed by lacing the shoe differently.
