      My 11 yr. old son still has Saucony Cohesion 3 shoes but feels these Asics-1160's are better designed, and add superior support when he trains with his running club. Difference are the Duomax and Gel cushion. These are road shoes and average on grass or dirt trails. They are his secret-weapon, so he calls them. We'll see when he attempts his first 5k fun-run in October.

        I absolutely loved this shoe. I wore them for over a year and they supported me through it all. I run over 7 miles each day and these shoes are durable and last longing not to mention their great support and comfort.

          My 10-year-old son jumps on a precision jumprope team. He spends a lot of time in the gym and needed a lightweight shoe with good support and stability. This shoe offers him that. They also came in a size 2 and the colors needed for his team. The pricing was very reasonable. Overall, he is very happy with this shoe.
