      I'm 62, 5'9", 150 lbs. with narrow feet as flat as a duck. I run 10 to 12 miles weekly, some road surfaces but mainly crushed rock trails. Been wearing Pearl Izumi and Saucony motion control shoes ... both good. This is my first Asics shoe and I'm delighted. Amazing comfort, cushioning, pronation control and the lightest shoe I've ever worn. It fits a bit narrow (great for me). Highly recommend to runners with my build and weight range ... not for large, heavy runners.

        If you are extremely flat footed the way I am then the Asics Gel Foundation 10 is the shoe for you. This is the first shoe that I've ever worn that made jogging easy and fun. It's great for road running, and I was surprised how light it was being a motion control shoe. I endorse this product for all the over pronators out there.

              Great update to previous Foundation, which I've been wearing exclusively for years. The plus is that these are definitely lighter and more responsive, the negative is that this seems to have caused the outsole to wear a little bit faster than previous models.

                I wasn't sure how ASICS would improve on the already-fine Foundation 9, so they are to be congratulated on this truly impressive update! This shoe is significantly lighter, somewhat more flexible, and definitely snazzier looking than the previous, without sacrificing any stability as far as I can tell. Plus the laces are now offset, which I like. Excellent work ASICS! Highly recommended.

                  excellent shoes. I can see immediate correction or improvement in arch support. Take no time for my right foot to adjust. Still some time for my left foot. excellent cushioning for me (I see some people said it is too soft for them).
