      It depends on how you going to use the shose. It's great for walking, but very bad for jogging.
      The way it design it's sole is for walking. The shose's split is located at front feet. It makes the shose feel very stif when you're running. Your heel is seperated with shose. Your muscle will try to adjust. That's extra work for your leg. You will get tired very soon.
