      Bought this to start my slow transition out of super-cushioned sneakers (back when I was a heel-striker) to a more minimalist shoe (now that I'm a mid-foot striker) and I transitioned into it very well. Had no problem breaking them in; I run about 20 to 25 miles a week (on the road) and this is currently my only pair of shoes. It was difficult finding a minimalist shoe for my wide, neutral foot- even this shoe I ended up getting 1/2 size bigger because no wide widths are available. But they are lightweight, allow my foot to fall and act naturally. They are very breathable & flexible.

            While I intended to use these shoes for a marathon on March 16, I received them a day before the race and opted to go with my training shoes (ASICS). I have logged all of my post-marathon runs in them and they have been great. In the week since the race, I have put in four twelve mile runs and two 10 milers and have not experienced any problems yet. Verdict on durability, needless to say, is still out.
