Love this shoe for my training runs, short to medium length miles. I switch off with another model same brand, but this one wins hands down or should say feet first! Good weight, cushioning is excellent, will buy another really soon. I have recommended already to my massage person, who runs.

Yeah!! The cumulus 15 are way better than the 14s. I've been wearing the cumulus for years since the 7s I think. These are more like the 13s which I loved. The toe box is wider and they have more cushion. As a 50+ woman, they are great for my 20 miles per week. Cute color too!!(tangerine and turquoise)

would have kept them if they hadn't run so small, so I kept they other pair which were also Asics. They make a great shoe.

I love Asics and this shoe is no exception. I run 12-15 miles a week and found Asics to be very durable. I have never used custom made insoles but bought a pair with these shoes. That was a mistake. The insoles were expensive and uncomfortable. In fact I hated the shoes with the custom insoles. They hurt my feet. As soon as I took the custom insoles out and put the Asics insoles in the discomfort went away. Great shoes just done waste your money on the custom insoles.

Finally! Cumulus cushioning that I have come to expect! did not like the 14's and even tried the men's version, with no luck and a few blisters, but am now happily reunited with my 'old' friend! please dont change them again

Bought these to replace the Landreth that I used to love. Nope. Way to squishy and not very responsive. Probably fine for a slower paced runner, but I couldn't seem to get off the heels without extra effort. Guess I prefer a firmer feel. Will return these and try again.

After wearing every version (multiple pairs of each) of the Asics Landreth, I was in search of a new shoe after it was discontinued this year. The rep from Asics told me the Excel 2.0 is appropriate replacement for the Landreth. I tried both the Excel and Cumulus but prefer the Cumulus. It is a bit heavier than the Excel, but it about the same weight as the Landreth. I have done two run in the Cumulus a 7 mile and 10k race. No foot or leg issues either time. I ordered the Cumulus in my regular Landreth size.

With the Excel, I had to order up a size because I got terrible (the worst I've every had) blisters on my first 4 mile run. When ordering the next size, I added an insole which seemed to help. I used to prefer very light weight shoes, but since having a baby I like a little more meat to my shoe. I am petite, average weight, and do not require a neutral plus shoe, but I'm just not used to the low-profile shoes.

Neither make up for my Lanreth, but I'm still a fan of Asics.

I didn't have time to try them the day they were delivered. But no worries. Put them on for my morning run and no problems. Ordered my usual Asics size of 1/2 size larger than regular shoes and they were so comfortable. They have all the padding I could ask for - especially the padding behind the heel fits me nice and snug. I have been running on Asics for years, but skipped the Cumulus 14s, did no like those at all and just kept hunting for more 13s. These are great and happy that Asics heard our concerns with the 14s. My 13s are now retired .

I have run several marathons and know what I do and don't like about shoes. Sorry Asics but, you just can't hang with the latest competition. I was an avid Asics wearer until recently and wanted to give them another try. This model of the Cumulus seems like a good solid shoe for most but, I found it to be heel heavy and incorporated a tad of pronation control for a neutral shoe. The upper redesign is great and the Cumulus has lots of cushion However, the shoe isn't very flexible. I am more of a mid foot striker and found the heel super bulky. If you are a heel striker needing a bit of control, this may be your perfect shoe. If you are looking for a lightweight flexible neutral trainer, I'd try the Nike Pegasus or Mizuno Precision.

So disappointed in the cumulus 15. I have worn cumulus on and off over the last several years. I bought these to replace cumulus 13, they lack the cushion of past shoes.
