I haven't purchased this shoe yet but I have concerns about the shoe dog questionnaire. Every shoe, including this one, that it said would work best for me, doesn't match my arch type. I have high arches, yet this shoe says it's best for med to low arched people. What gives?

I've worn the Gel Kayano for over ten years and have loved every model except this one. I immediately began to develop blisters, hip pain, and shin splints. The previous models had been keeping all of these nagging problems at bay. I would definately NOT recommend this particular model!

The after 4 miles the gel balls up in areas and feels like rocks are in your shoes. After running in them for a month my knee is bothering me and an old injury is back. I will only use them for the treadmill not enough coushon for the road

After wearing Kayano's comfortably out-of-the-box for years, these were terrible. The sizing was completely different and caused muscle pain, that lasted over a month, the first time I run in them. Could Kayano's 'best shoe' run be over? I'm going to try XIII and hope not.
