A nice pack, but quite large. Best for truly long runs or very hot days when you need a lot of water and/or fuel.

I would of liked it but the pocket would not hold little things with out things falling out if you set the pack down. The water bottles were a little small also so in my marathon I had to time off to refill them more often

Great pack, lots of room to store gels, keys, ipod, and also an extra zipper compartment for coins, bills or pils. The two containers are great for long runs, the back is good for my lumbar zone and the strap ties up very well, good long runs and even marathons with this fine back

I like this pack. Strap did not slip, lots of room in pack to hold phone, food etc. Bottles easy to access. Have to be used to carrying a pack. Many happy miles with this one!

I bought this because my long runs are getting longer and longer, and I was running out of fluids near the end, so I figured this would help. Wrong! First, it is incredibly bulky. Second, the straps, once adjusted, do not stay adjusted, so you're constantly tightening them while you run. Third, and probably most important, the water bottles are a pain in the a** to get in and out of the holders; they also leak, and you have to revert back to your breast feeding days to get any fluid out.
