Tried this shoe by accident because Mizuno ruined the rider 10. 8 miles right out of the box. light enough, flexibility, cushioning was great. Nice trainer. Could use for racing 10k up to marathon. Traction was very good. Just proves you don't have to spend $130.00 fro a descent shoe

I just wore out a pair of these and I'm very happy to see that they are still available. I have a narrow foot that the charts (and salespeople) all say is size 12, but a snug 11 in the 1110 is the only shoe that just disappears from my conciousness even during my long runs (for me "long" is 10 miles).

I LOVE THIS SHOE! I went to Basic Training this summer in Georgia and this was the shoe the Army bought for me. They felt tight at first so I was a little worried but not once did I ever get shin splints, knee pain, etc. etc. Distances were normally 5 miles and under on packed dirt, beach sand, and asphalt. Love them, love them, love them.

I have been running 20+ years and have always loved asics running shoes. These 1110's are great. I alway buy 2 pair to rotate while training for all distances. These will get me through a marathon in a couple of months from now. My experience with my feet on the road tells me these shoe have the perfect balance between stability and cushioning. They are a nice ride!!

This is a great shoe, i jus purchase a pair a week ago. That means i dont know about durability of the shoe. They have a great style and are very supportive and help with serveral of my leg problems including hamtring problems and shin splints. Oh and great for gripping an ashfault track.
