I own three pairs of these boxers and each have developed the exact same hole in the crotch. I am generally a fan of Asics products but these are awful. The only reason I gave two stars is that they are generally comfortable outside of the hole issue.

Ditto on the holes. After three uses, a quarter size hole on both sides of the seam in the crotch region. The only reason I give it two stars is the product does well in the cold and wind.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other negative reviews. My pair tore a 2-3 inch whole exactly at the seam around the crotch panel. Although happy on the first two runs, kept very warm, the cheap fabic is simply unacceptable.

Not Pleased with the cheap thin material used in the crotch region. Only after three uses, this product formed a large three inch diameter hole at the adjoining seams in the crotch area. Runner's World should decline carrying this product until Asics improve the quality control. I recommend not purchasing this product.

I returned 2 pairs due to defect in material below crotch. Product tore at the seam after only one run. On the 2nd run, the hole was the size of a quarter. The material is very weak in the most important place.

Wind blocking ability is fantastic. I use these for winter running, fall and spring motorcycle riding, winter skiing and they are comfortable and very effective.
