Great shoe - If you like the fit of Asics shoes then you'll be good with this one! Run in the GT-2140 series and picked these up primarily for gym duty. Noticed the heel is a bit still underfoot, but am sure that will loosen up a bit the more I wear them. Shoes are very comfortable and a good fit right out of the box!

I should say first that I've been running, off and on, for 30 years, and running has been my major form of aerobic exercise. But recently I ramped up my cross training and am taking step classes at a gym. This shoe was to be dedicated to my step classes. What a disappointment, from such a first rate running shoe company! The most uncomfortable workout shoe I've ever worn! It has very little forefoot cushioning, and is too wide throughout. I have a medium to high arch and normally get neutral/performance running shoes. Asics, back to the drawing board for cross trainers!
