These are the best Xtrainers I have used. I felt like I was floating! My feet tend to hurt after classes and even after just a day of normal activity, so I need something with a lot of supoort. I take boot camp and kickboxing classes that require a lot of jumping - these shoes were immediately comfortable and secure and have stayed that way for a few months. I am buying two more pairs to alternate! They are true to size.
