    Comments about ASICS Compression-Tiered Spikes 12 Pack Fitness Equipment:

    My daughter uses these for track and field. She LOVES them, I bought extra to have on hand. She runs 100m & 200m hurdles and 400m sprint. Says they grip the track and feel better than "regular" spikes. Highly recommend.
    Also, a side note- they are not blunt tipped as shown in the picture. Not sure why the pic show that but the tips are very sharp.
