    I've used nearly every elite level spike available on the market. You name it, I've probably raced in them at least once. As a serious collegiate sprinter (100 and 200) I've found full aggressive plates to be a bit uncomfortable for my tastes, but half plates have always been way too flimsy. The Lite-Ning 3, however, is the perfect balance of flexibility and support. They're extremely light and flexible like a half plate spike, but they give you all the support and rigidity of a full plate spike. I don't know how they did it, but they feel amazing. It's the best of both worlds!
