I do weight training classes, aerobic classes and Zumba. I have been wearing running shoes for these classes and have had constant problems with my foot going one way and the shoes going the other way. I dreaded any lateral movement or activity that required balance work. This shoe has been the answer to my shoe quest. My foot does not slide around in the shoe; it feels secure and stable. The shoe seems to have a narrower fit which is great for my narrow foot. At first glance it doesn't look like the shoe has much cushioning, but it's like walking on pillows. The shoe is very light and snug. Love, love it. I wear it all day as it is so comfortable.

    I do step aerobic classes at least 4 days a week. I had been using my running shoes, but the bouncing would leave my feet hurting and the shoes were a little too clunky. The arch in my left foot was getting really sore, I assume from improper support. My arch started feeling better the first time I wore these. There is also no pain in the pads of my feet during the workout now, which I had just accepted as a necessary evil. These are by far the best aerobic shoes that I have tried.
