          I use these compression shorts as an undergarment on longer runs (over 7 miles) to eliminate chafing and give my muscles a little bit of compression.
          These are not strong compression shorts but provide a comfortable squeeze--just enough to ensure they will not bunch up.
          Also, they feel very lightweight and dry even on hot, muggy days (over 95 degrees) when I sweat through everything else.
          I have only worn them three times so I cannot speak to their durability yet...

                Total disappointment. Ran a long run in these compression shorts and the seam made for a very uncomfortable run .... will send them back to RRS using my VIP membership. Would not recommend them to anyone.
