Comments about Mens ASICS GEL-Trabuco 14 Trail Running Shoe: I needed a shoe with more stability and less arch than the shoe I previously used. I was in the process of coming off an injury and increasing my mileage. I noticed an immediate improvement with these shoes and didn't feel pain as I had previously. I also had inserts that I substituted and these were also helpful. I primarily run on a dirt surface and have run in them up to 25 miles a week. I've run in the pouring rain, through mud puddles and in less wet conditions. I like the lace system with the shoe and it is something that is nice as opposed to the usual negative of shoes of past. I wouldn't be opposed to buying another pair when the time comes.

Comments about Mens ASICS GEL-Trabuco 14 Trail Running Shoe: The toe box was loose for me and the laces could be lower for better fore foot support. The shoe is good in most aspects. for me as a trail runner I like plant my outside foot when cutting around or jumping over an obstacle but with these shoes my foot slides around a bit giving me a false sense of security in the fore foot. everywhere else the shoe fits great. If you are a straight ahead runner than these shoes are great but side to side look for something a little narrower in the forefoot. I gave it a shot but not for me. I really do like the Asics shoes and will continue to run with them just a different style next time.
