I've been wearing Gel Kayanos almost exclusively for 10 years & was looking for a good general purpose gymn work out shoe. I have a narrow foot & high arch & weigh about 170. I need a lot of arch support & cushioning. This didn't work for me but might work well for lighter weight guys who don't need a lot of arch support or cushioning.

    I am a loyal ASIC'S Running user. These shoes are being used for high level training, ie. ladder drills, speed and agility, jumping, etc. So far I am finding these shoes offer great support and cushioning after my 1 - 1.5 hr sessions. My feet are not barking yet. I did not size up the ASIC'S .5 and they fit perfectly to my normal shoe size, as do all my ASIC'S Running Shoes. I like the low profile and still enough traction for all of my drills.
